We ship to all 50 states in the USA, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes, however, we are diligently working on expanding our brand to other countries.
We do not ship to U.S. PO Boxes because some shipped orders may require a signature for delivery.
Our normal delivery time frame is 5 – 7 working days. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 – 48 hours from the day the order was placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
One of our major goals is to make sure that all items ordered from our website reach their destination(s). In an effort to ensure that clients receive their package(s), Fetti Bear packages that are mailed, may require a signature from the recipient.

Yes, a selection of products that are not currently in-stock on our website can be pre-ordered online. They will be conveniently delivered to your designated address as soon as they are available.
