At Fetti Bear®, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 days from the date that your order was delivered for a refund or exchange (less the shipping fee, if applicable).
What can be returned?
Most of the items that we sell can be returned. Items must be returned in the condition that you received them in. Enclose a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the return. Please ship your product to the below address.
You are responsible for all shipping cost. We recommend returning all items via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation. USPS may be the easiest and the most economical method because you can choose to send it with a tracking number.
What cannot be returned?
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date that your order was delivered. Any item that has been worn, laundered and/or stained can not be returned. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Sale priced and Final Sale items cannot be returned as well as items that are not in their original packaging.
